cfonline is the web home of customerfirst, the ICS members magazine.
The database contains articles, selected by the cfonline editorial panel, from editions of customerfirst published since January 2005.
Selected articles can appear in up to five categories depending on content.

Three categories correspond with major parts of the ICS Model for World Class Service:
- Strategy & Culture
- Processes
- People
The other categories are:
- Voice of ICS - containing guidance and direction from ICS
- About organisations - articles that focus on specific organisations
